I discovered theatre when my middle school best friend said we should do a play together. We auditioned for Sutton Middle School's 13 the Musical and neither of us made it. After that, I didn't really care, but she insisted we try again. We stumbled upon Fabrefaction Theater Conservatory and both were cast as ensemble in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I LOVED it! I learned so much about acting that I now have mostly forgotten and hope to relearn. Then my parents ripped me away from my comfort zone and I started MHS as a freshman. I auditioned for Clue and had no idea what I was doing; I didn't make it, but I didn't think much of it. Then I auditioned for Peter Pan with a song from 13 the Musical (which I fell in love with after watching). I didn't expect to make it and then Mattie Heidt told me I was a lost boy. One of the BEST feelings ever! I loved that show with all my heart. I found a wonderful group of people including Grace, Lexi, Katie, and Megan. I then didn't make any shows the next year, but I teched and gained a huge appreciation. Then, I had a ton of fun in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. I enjoyed SisterAct and was so honored to be a production with such talent. I love to watch shows: probably my favorite thing ever!! Now I'm directing a one act so we'll see...
